Sterilization Cases and Trays Inspector

Job Description Summary:
Support the QC department in aspects of QC inspection, including; In-process, Intermediate, Final and have the ability to perform 1st piece inspections.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on own initiative, good understanding of blueprints, good communicator with fellow workers.
- Follow visual inspection requirements.
- Intermediate knowledge regarding sampling and inspection plans.
- Intermediate experience with all types of Inspection equipment.(Micrometers, Calipers, Pin Gauges, Height Gauges)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Medical Device Blue Print Reading.
- Specific instructional use of ERP Software.
- 2 YR/Plus job experience in related field.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, cGMP, operating
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. - Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and superiors.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk,
sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The vision requirements include: Standard vision.WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to the basic “Machine Shop” and “Office” environments.LANGUAGE SKILLS:
