We offer our clients the choice of a face-to-face, WebEx or traditional voice conference to kick off design details, goals, expectations, and establish specific lines of communication throughout the process.
Our team puts the new or existing design through our rigorous DFM process and evaluates everything from material type to GD&T inspection that ensures specifications meet the design needs, analysis the design for optimal functionality as well as a review of manufacturing timelines. Careful analysis ensures that things such as improperly toleranced features don’t add unwanted cost to the project or slow down the inspection process, which directly affects lead times.

Quality is always an integral part of our business and plays a vital role in our DFM process as well. PPM’s infrastructure allows us to seamlessly integrate traditional LEAN manufacturing protocols throughout the DFM process to ensure that quality goals and standards are met.  This includes providing Dynamic Control Plans, PFMEA Data, First Article Inspection, Device History Records, Process Validation, Statistical Process Control and Process Capability Studies when required or requested
