Medicraft is uniquely able to handle large and small runs quickly and efficiently, using the advanced manufacturing machinery to achieve close tolerances required for medical equipment.

Sophisticated automation technologies allow flexible scheduling and reduced downtime, which enable faster, more cost-effective manufacturing to ensure your product delivery goals are met. Even large manufacturing runs require no more than 7 to 8 weeks for delivery.

Electronic Project Management

The entire production process is supervised digitally using our dedicated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). A series of digital workstations are located throughout the facility, taking instructions and input from planners, engineers and floor personnel. This highly sophisticated system coordinates all the manufacturing resources and processing of all the component parts. This means we know the status of every project in real time and can view them individually or as a part of the whole of our workflow. ERP allows us to take full advantage of our production resources to match our client priorities – no guesswork. This system allows us to react to urgent or emergency projects efficiently.
With Medicraft, you can expect a seven to eight week production lead time from engineer or prototype approval.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance and Control are crucial to Medicraft and our clients. All production personnel are required to complete a Quality Assurance training process to ensure that each and every step of production meets our high standards of quality and those of our clients. Medicraft is an ISO13485 certified facility.
