PPI and Medicraft continue to decommission outdated equipment and replace them with their latest technological equivalent. I goal is to improve speed, capacity and capabilities. To date, PPI has completed installations for 2 EDMs and one milling machine. They have one turning center installation scheduled for the end of this month.
At Medicraft, rough and final finishing machines have been replaced with newer systems to create faster and better finishes for smoother surface areas, along with all edges. We’re also in the process of adding Water Jet Technology and CO2 dry ice plastic deburring.
