Michal Zala has over 14 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and he is excited to join the Phillips Precision team as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer. Michal started as a Bridgeport trainee, moved up to CNC programming/operating and for the past 4 years he has worked as a manufacturing engineer. His hands on knowledge combined with his manufacturing engineering background will be a great asset to Phillips Precision. Michal will be part of the Continuous Improvement team working with all employees and departments to find and eliminate waste.
