Our delivery systems team provides custom solutions to support our customer’s individual needs. Our approach to achieving these goals goes beyond designing products with ease-of-use, size, weight, and balance considerations as well as the organization of sterilization systems to closely match the surgical procedure sequence. We have a new program that allows us to take an additional step to uncover and understand how a specific OEM system is used in the field.
Recently, our engineering team visited with an OEM customer and their sterilization field technicians. The meeting was informative and in some cases eye-opening. Ultimately, the information we gathered allowed Medicraft to consider new options to mitigate the risks of potential damage to a system during shipping and how best to further improve upon the features of another existing system.
Medicraft looks forward to participating in more on-site educational meetings like this with select OEM customers throughout the coming year. Our mission is to ensure the effectiveness, durability, and overall success of our customer’s delivery systems.
