Phillips Precision Medicraft is ready and able to assist and support all your manufacturing needs. Our three facilities are fully staffed and operational with new automated technologies. Most recently, we’ve added a second Makino DA300 system feeding off our Erowa 19 pallet robot doubling our 5-Axis palletized machining capabilities. We’ve also added a new Citizen Cincom L20 mill-turn machining center to expand our product-specific manufacturing cell capacity. PPM remains committed to improving speed, accuracy, capacity, and throughput with automated technology including lights-out manufacturing capabilities.
Our engineering department has been busy with a wide variety of new projects that include a new cannulated screw system, high-volume knee, and trauma systems plus a series of lifesaving tactical rescue tools for first-responders.
