Construction is well underway at our third facility and we’re excited to share the details and strategy of our new manufacturing space. The foundation of this facility design is rooted in the principles of lean manufacturing. From value stream mapping, changeover, line capacity, balanced production,  administrative, reception and warehouse process, our final architectural plans allow us to optimize

every aspect of our business.

The new facility will house and expand our engineering department, art/graphics department, all aspects of DCG™ and final graphic application. We will also be moving our entire assembly department, laser department, and adding more forming units. Finally, our plans also include the addition of a new clear anodizing line to complete our 360-degree service offerings. Each phase will follow the comprehensive move plan prepared by our quality team and meet all necessary ISO and existing OEM compliance standards.
